रात के अंधेरे में इक सौदा हुआ,

चंद सिक्कों में जिस्म का सौंपा गया।

मैं खड़ा था एक अजनबी के सामने,

उसकी आँखों में बुझी सी रौशनी थी,

शायद अरमानों की लाश जल चुकी थी।

जन्म का खेल है शुरू, मृत्यु के संग सिमटता,  

पुनर्जन्म की आशा में, आत्मा नव शरीर लेता।  

कर्मों का सिलसिला, धर्म की ओर ले जाता,  

सत्य और न्याय के मार्ग पर, आत्मा अगला जीवन बनाता।

यही चक्र है अनवरत, समय की धुरी पर घूमता,  

जीवन की रीत है, सत्य और माया का मेल।  

यहीं से वही आना, वही से यहीं जाना,  

यही जीवन चक्र है, सतत चलती माया।

(भावार्थ: अज्ञान के बीच फंसे हुए, अपने आप को धीर, पंडित मानने वाले बुद्धिमान लोग स्वतंत्र बनते हैं। शुद्ध सत्त्व वाले वे बुद्धिमान लोग अपने प्राचीन ज्ञान से संसार से मुक्त होकर फिर वापस नहीं आते।)

अनन्तता में बाध्य नहीं: परमात्मन का अनुभव

संसार की गहराइयों में, वैज्ञानिक तथ्यों और गणनाओं के अलावा, हमारी आत्मा में एक अद्वितीयता छिपी है - जो अनंत, अपार, और अगोचर है। यह परमात्मा, हमारी आत्मा का स्वरूप, सभी प्रकार से परे है। यह न केवल किसी यंत्र या युक्ति द्वारा जाना जा सकता है, बल्कि यह स्वयं अपने शुद्ध चेतना के प्रकाश में स्वतःसिद्ध है।

**श्रुति में कहा गया है:**

*"नैनं छिन्दन्ति शस्त्राणि नैनं दहति पावकः।  

न चैनं क्लेदयन्त्यापो न शोषयति मारुतः॥"*

इस श्लोक से स्पष्ट होता है कि परमात्मा न तो किसी हथियार से काटा जा सकता है, न ही आग से जला सकता है, न जल से गीला किया जा सकता है, और न ही हवा से सूखा किया जा सकता है। यह सब परमात्मा की अद्वितीयता को दर्शाता है, जो समस्त भौतिक और मानसिक परिमाणों से परे है।

**आत्मज्ञान का मार्ग:**

यद्यपि परमात्मा को यथार्थ अनुभव करने का मार्ग अत्यंत सूक्ष्म और सुखद है, तथापि ध्यान और ध्यान में चित्त को शांत करके, यह अनुभव संभव है। जब हमारा मन विचारों से रहित हो जाता है, तब परमात्मा का साक्षात्कार स्वतः ही होता है।

*"मन के शोर को छोड़,  

अपनी आत्मा में समाहित हो जा।  

परमात्मा के अनंत आकार में,  

अपने स्वयं को पहचान ले विश्राम से।"*

एक व्यक्ति जो अन्धेरे में फँसा हुआ था, उसने दीपक की रोशनी में अपने आसपास को देखा। इसी तरह, हमारी आत्मा भी मन के अंधकार से परे, शांति और प्रकाश की अनुभूति कर सकती है।

 मैने देखा कि परमात्मा का अनुभव सीधा होने वाला है, जो सभी व्यक्तियों में विद्यमान है, और जिसे हम मन की शांति के माध्यम से स्पष्टता से अनुभव कर सकते हैं।

According to this Purana, Vishnu reclines on the cosmic serpent Ananta (Shesha) within the cosmic ocean, amidst the coils of the serpent's thousand hoods.

From the depths of his divine slumber, Vishnu dreams the universe into existence, as he breathes out the cosmic energies that give rise to the galaxies, stars, planets, and all living beings. With each exhalation, Vishnu's divine breath expands across the infinite expanse of space, shaping the contours of the cosmos and infusing it with the divine essence of life.

As Vishnu dreams, he takes on various forms, known as his incarnations (avatars), each representing a different aspect of his divine nature and purpose. From the cosmic fish (Matsya) to the divine tortoise (Kurma), from the lion-man (Narasimha) to the enchanting deity (Mohini), Vishnu assumes myriad forms to protect the universe from chaos and destruction.

Despite the apparent differences in their narratives, both the Shiva Purana and the Vishnu Purana convey the fundamental truth of Hindu cosmology—that the universe is a divine creation, brought into being by the supreme consciousness and sustained by the eternal interplay of cosmic forces. Whether through the cosmic dance of Shiva or the divine dream of Vishnu, the origins of the cosmos are shrouded in mystery and wonder, inviting us to contemplate the profound nature of existence and our place within the vast tapestry of creation. 

वासना और विरक्ति

मैंने चाहा तुझे, देह के हर कोने में,

तेरी साँसों की तपिश को महसूस करूँ,

तेरी उँगलियों की थरथराहट में,

अपना नाम पढ़ सकूँ।

रात की स्याही में लिपटे बदन,

चाँदनी भी शर्माए यहाँ,

तेरी धड़कनों का संगीत सुने,

मेरी बेचैन सी प्यास यहाँ।

पर क्या प्रेम बस इतना ही है?

क्या तृप्ति बस पल भर की है?

जब जिस्म सुकून पा लेता है,

तो रूह फिर तड़प क्यों उठती है?

मैंने तुझे बाहों में बाँधा,

पर मन अब भी अधूरा सा है।

तेरी त्वचा की गर्मी मिली,

पर आत्मा अब भी तनहा सा है।

वासना बहती नदी जैसी,

हर तट से टकराती है।

पर जिसे सागर चाहिए,

वो गहराई में उतर जाता है।

अवसरों की अनन्तता

मैं जानता हूँ,

जीवन में हमेशा और कुछ है,

जो अभी तक नहीं मिला,

वह आने वाला है।

मैंने सच्चाई सीखी है,

कि डर से कुछ भी हासिल नहीं होता,

अगर मैं अपने डर को छोड़ दूँ,

तो नए रास्ते खुद-ब-खुद खुलते हैं।

विश्वास रखता हूँ,

कि हर कदम पर कुछ और बेहतर होगा,

सफलता मेरे इंतजार में नहीं,

बल्कि मैं उसे अपने साथ लाऊँगा।

इसलिए मैं डर को पीछे छोड़ता हूँ,

और नए अवसरों का स्वागत करता हूँ,

क्योंकि मैं जानता हूँ,

जीवन अनंत संभावनाओं से भरा है।

अब मैं बड़ा सोचता हूँ,

और कम तनाव महसूस करता हूँ,

क्योंकि मुझे पता है,

कभी भी अच्छा खत्म नहीं होता,

और हर पल एक नई शुरुआत का मौका देता है।

इसलिए मैं खुले दिल से जीवन को अपनाता हूँ,

और हर दिन मुझे और ज्यादा सकारात्मकता आकर्षित करता है,

क्योंकि जब मैं विश्वास करता हूँ,

तो जीवन हमेशा मुझे आशीर्वाद देता है।

समुंदर की अनन्तता

समुंदर कभी खोए हुए बूँद के लिए शोक नहीं करता,

क्योंकि वह जानता है,

बारिश हजारों और बूँदें लाएगी।

वह समझता है,

कि हर अंत के पीछे एक नई शुरुआत है।

जीवन वही देता है,

जो विश्वास रखता है इसकी अनंतता में,

जो मानता है कि हर कमी से,

नए अवसर और आशीर्वाद जन्म लेते हैं।

मैं भी यही समझता हूँ,

कि हर संघर्ष के बाद,

समृद्धि फिर लौट कर आती है,

क्योंकि जीवन का सच यही है—

वह कभी खत्म नहीं होता,

बल्कि निरंतर बहता रहता है।

जो अपने विश्वास को बनाए रखता है,

वह जीवन की अनन्तता से जुड़ जाता है,

क्योंकि जैसे समुंदर बूँद खोकर नहीं रुकता,

वैसे ही हम भी कभी हार कर नहीं रुकते,

हमारे पास हमेशा कुछ और है,

जो हमें आगे बढ़ने की शक्ति देता है।
